Job Description:

  • Procurement Consultant to review bank's existing procurement framework, policies and establish a robust, scalable procurement operating model.
  • The consultant will assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design standardized procurement policies, governance, and best practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess current procurement processes, policies, systems, and governance.
  • Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement standardized end-to-end procurement processes and SOPs.
  • Develop procurement policies, approval workflows, and governance frameworks.
  • Recommend procurement technology and automation improvements.
  • Establish vendor management, sourcing, and contract management frameworks.
  • Define procurement KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support change management.
  • Deliver a procurement transformation roadmap and implementation plan.

Required Experience:

  • 8–12+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement transformation experience.
  • Proven experience in procurement process redesign and operating model development.
  • Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), supplier management, and procurement governance.
  • Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
