About the role
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle management of the Manufacturing Engineering team, establish and continuously improve manufacturing process systems, streamline workflows, and define departmental KPIs.
- Drive systematic improvements in production processes and technologies to increase yield and enhance product quality.
- Lead end-to-end layout planning, design, build, commissioning, ramp-up, and capacity scaling for new production lines.
- Manage the entire life cycle of new products—from initial ramp to mass production—covering process, technology, equipment, tooling, and test solutions; conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and on-site customer technical troubleshooting.
- Guide teams in cost accounting, cost-reduction initiatives, and validation of savings.
- Champion and execute factory automation, smart-manufacturing, and lean improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering roles.
- Proven track record of end-to-end program management with strong risk identification/mitigation skills and the ability to craft efficiency strategies.
- Demonstrated strategic planning & execution, change leadership, innovation mindset, and strong cross-functional influence.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
