What you can look forward to as Process Engineering Domain lead Castings (m/f/d)

  • Defines, drives and consolidates the IW global standard and owns the relevant documentation

  • PE guidelines and WFMs

  • Equipment standards

  • Standard PFMEA / Control plan

  • Is the owner of the long-term Innovation trac.

  • Is recognized as a reference and go to person with regards to his expertise within the manufacturing community in IW and is a sparring partner with RD and PPM to support DFA/DFM activities.

  • Leads innovation and or strategic projects for the Domain related processes and executes process innovations from MRL 1 to 9

  • Drives the effectiveness of BPT methodically. Ensures harmonization and best practice exchanges in all plants for relevant processes.

  • Manages the invent once, rollout and share success methodology.

  • Drives data driven process capability and efficiency over Industry 4.0 approach.

Your Profile as Process Engineering Domain lead Castings (m/f/d)

  • 10 -15 years of experience in casting/Machining
  • Experience in directing matrix-oriented team
  • Process Engineering
  • People Personal skills
  • Cross departmental contact point for expertise related items.
  • In depth operational process know how.
