Manage the project from Concept development, Designing, Presentations Overlooking Site Execution

Coordinate with Consultants, Site Clients.

Manage Material Selection Preparing project brief and area statement for a project.

Identify consulting Architects for a project and providing relevant scope of work.

Help in Preparation of BOQ.

Scrutinize all drawings before being sent on site
-
Make regular site visits and resolving any design related issues at site.

Keep track of project schedule and possession dates.

Prepare of layout drawings and details.

Co-ordinate with marketing and sales department to provide all necessary information like
sale plans, allotments, etc. -
Co-ordinate with clients contractors to carry out work in accordance to design intent.

Keep all construction drawings and documents in orderly manner.

Should be able to understand MEP / HVAC Designs
