Whether you're an experienced investigator or looking to break into the industry, we're willing to train the right person. No prior investigative experience is required.
We hire based on attitude, professionalism, and work ethic. What You'll Do Conduct surveillance and field investigations Locate individuals and gather information Perform witness interviews and neighborhood canvasses Document findings through detailed written reports Work closely with attorneys, insurance companies, businesses, and private clients Handle a variety of exciting investigations, including fraud, missing persons, infidelity, background investigations, and more
Responsibilities
Requirements
No experience necessary—we will train the right candidate.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required).
Clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
Strong communication and writing skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Comfortable working independently. Willingness to travel throughout the Tri-State area.
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Military veterans, retired law enforcement, security professionals, criminal justice graduates, and motivated career changers are encouraged to apply.
Many firms successfully recruit and train entry-level investigators with these backgrounds.
