Copper State Home Solutions LLC
About the Role:
We're a real estate wholesale company looking for a licensed Private Investigator to join us. You'll track down property owners and their heirs, make the introduction, and step into an acquisitions role — making first contact and pitching the opportunity. This isn't a desk-only role — we need someone willing to get out in the field, knock on doors, and dig up leads in person when records alone don't cut it. This is a steady, weekly-volume contract, ideal for someone who enjoys both the investigative hunt and the deal-making conversation that follows.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Pay: $10.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):
Do you currently hold an active, valid Private Investigator license? Please provide your license number and issuing state.
Have you ever had a PI license suspended, revoked, or denied?
Are you comfortable working strictly as a 1099 independent contractor, paid on commission rather than hourly/salary?
Are you comfortable and available to do in-person fieldwork — canvassing neighborhoods, door-knocking, talking to neighbors — as a regular part of this role, not just database/phone research?
Do you have reliable transportation and are you willing to travel within the Phoenix metro area for this work?
How many years of experience do you have in skip tracing or heir/probate research?
What tools or databases have you used for skip tracing (e.g., TLO, IDI, Lexis, public records sites)?
Describe a time you located a hard-to-find person using field or in-person methods, not just online records.
Have you made cold calls or in-person pitches to convince someone to consider an offer, deal, or opportunity? Describe your experience.
This role requires you to formally introduce located owners/heirs to our team and make the initial pitch — how comfortable are you with that combination of research and sales?
Can you commit to delivering weekly batches of leads consistently
What's your expected timeline from "assigned a name" to "located and contacted"?
