Qualifications And Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses transferable within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
