Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) Responsibilities Include
- Providing skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with low acuity needs, including feeding tube management
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic patient care
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must transfer within 90 days)
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
