Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance available post-hire if needed.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Preferred but not mandatory: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
