About the role
Join a leading private duty nursing team dedicated to compassionate homecare for infants with low acuity needs, including gtube and non-mobile patients. Role: Provide skilled nursing care, ensure clinical outcomes, and support patient well-being in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care following physician orders and care plans.
- Document patient progress electronically using provided tablets.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to optimize care.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and health requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Preferred but not mandatory: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
