About This Role
This role involves cooking for private families and potentially for small events and tastings. The position requires a precise and discreet individual with a good character, capable of managing kitchen duties and grocery shopping.
Responsibilities
- Cook for private families
- Potentially cook for small events and tastings
- Tidy the kitchen and ensure it is left clean
- Follow received instructions
- Do grocery shopping at the supermarket (a family car is provided for this purpose)
Requirements
- Excellent command and comprehension of written and spoken Italian (to understand work sheets and mobile messages for health reasons)
- Direct knowledge (as a celiac) or excellent indirect knowledge of celiac disease and gluten-free cooking (all cooking in one family is gluten-free)
- Experience
- Maximum precision and discretion
- Good character
- Ability to tidy the kitchen and leave everything clean
- Availability to follow received instructions
- Ability to do grocery shopping at the supermarket
- Own car
- Valid HACCP certificate
- Immediate availability
- Residence near the workplace (Marlia) is essential
- High School Diploma (Required)
- 2 years of gluten-free cooking experience (Required)
- 1 year of kitchen cleaning experience (Required)
Important Details
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday morning, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM in Marlia; 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM in Segromigno in Piano
- Contract: part-time, initially fixed-term with the possibility of becoming permanent
- Hours: 34.0 per week (can be increased for events)
- Locations: Marlia and Segromigno in Piano
