Role Overview:
As a Private Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to choose a schedule that works for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care services to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with family members and staff.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent and high-quality care for all clients.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a dedication to client welfare.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to quality service.
Bonus If You:
- Possess relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, CNA).
- Have experience working with elderly or disabled clients.
- Can speak more than one language.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full Time and Part Time, with availability required from Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only in Austin, Texas.
