About This Role
Performing various tasks related to printing and production, including operating machines and assisting with activities, is the core of this role in the manufacturing and printing industry. The role suits a detail-oriented individual who can maintain product quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate printing and production machines according to work instructions and production requirements
- Assist with printing, cutting, folding, packaging, and other production activities
- Inspect printed materials to ensure product quality, quantity, and specifications meet requirements
- Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance
- Follow the production schedule and complete assigned tasks on time
- Handle raw materials and finished products properly to prevent damage and material wastage
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
- Follow company safety regulations, production procedures, and quality standards
- Report any machine breakdowns, production issues, or quality problems to the supervisor promptly
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Basic understanding of printing and production processes
- Good attention to detail and observation skills
- Able to identify basic printing and production quality issues
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to follow work instructions and complete production tasks within the required timeframe
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Basic reading and writing skills in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese
- Basic Mathematics skills
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
