Responsibilities
- Operate printing machines with high precision according to specified standards and quality.
- Prepare and set up raw materials, including paper, ink, and other printing components before the production process begins.
- Perform printing machine adjustments, including color calibration, paper size, and other technical parameters.
- Conduct regular quality checks on print results to ensure output meets established standards.
- Maintain and perform routine maintenance on printing machines to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment life.
- Address technical issues that may arise during the production process quickly and effectively.
- Document production results, operational time, and quality reports for management purposes.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to understand project requirements and ensure the final results meet expectations.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in accordance with occupational safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Printing Operator in the printing or print-on-demand industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital and offset printing machines, as well as printing production processes.
- Expertise in printing machine setup and calibration, color management, and quality control.
- Understanding of various types of printing media and related technical specifications.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production documentation.
- High meticulousness and attention to detail to produce superior quality products.
- Good problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges in the field.
- Solid teamwork skills and effective communication with colleagues.
- Good physical health to work in a dynamic production environment.
- Vocational high school diploma or equivalent in Graphics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification or formal training in printing machine operation is a plus.
