Role Description The Printing Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kaliakair Upazila. The person in this role will operate and monitor printing machines used in shoe and packaging production, ensuring accurate color, alignment, and print quality. Daily tasks include preparing materials, setting up and adjusting printing equipment, loading and unloading jobs, and performing basic maintenance and cleaning of machines. The Printing Operator will inspect outputs, identify and resolve printing issues, and collaborate with production and quality control teams to meet daily targets and safety standards. This role requires adherence to production schedules, documentation of work performed, and support of continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Printing and Print Production for industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support and Inkjet operation, including basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Bindery or finishing processes related to printed materials.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation and maintenance procedures.
• Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to follow safety and operational guidelines.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely, and work in a fast-paced production setting.
• Prior experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Secondary school education or vocational training in printing, manufacturing, or related fields is an advantage.
