Printing Assistant

Are you looking to kickstart a career in specialized manufacturing? We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Printing Assistant to join our flexographic printing department. This is a unique developmental role designed to provide hands-on training and a clear pathway for future advancement within the company.

Schedule: May vary, typically 45 hours per week M-F 7am-430 pm with occasional Saturdays. Time and a half for hours over 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential production support by assisting press operators with machine setup, startup, and material loading.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety through routine cleaning of the printing press and ink systems.
• Monitor production flow and learn technical troubleshooting skills.

What We Are Looking For:

Positive Attitude, Reliable and strong work ethic

• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with good eyesight with ability to distinguish colors and fine details.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn technical skills.
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Spanish/English Bilingual helpful, but not required
