Job Description Your role:
- Lead and support various FEI innovation activities including brief investigation, advance development, technical research, open innovation etc
- Collaborate with different G&B organization to understand consumer insight, claim direction, and identify the innovation topics and drive key innovation into technical and product roadmap.
- IP generation and analysis for innovation activities.
- Working with Marketing & PRC for proposition and key claim creation.

Preferred Qualification: PHD in physics

Experiences: 15+ working experience. Prefer with research background.
