We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer Embedded Firmware / MCU to join our growing engineering team in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage multiple embedded projects simultaneously
- Hands-on development, coding, debugging, and firmware optimization
- Customer-facing communication and technical discussions
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Participate in requirement analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, and code reviews
- Support proposal preparation and pre-sales activities
- Ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
- Participate in technical interviews and candidate evaluations
Required Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Embedded C programming

Experience with:

RTOS development (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.)

MCU/MPU platforms like ST, NXP, TI, PIC, Atmel

Debugging using:

J-Link
-
Logic Analyzer
-
Digital Oscilloscope
-
Experience with:

BLE, Zigbee, RF protocols

PCB debugging & schematic review

Static code analysis tools

Git version control
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Customer interaction experience with US/Europe clients preferred
