Responsibilities
- Implement segment strategy and translate into sales by working with customers and other commercial and technical peers.
- Accountable for development and acquisition of new application and projects in these markets in China.
- Accountable for building of these markets’ project pipeline.
- Accountable for the specification of our products at the OEM or the respective value chain.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in Rubber & plastic industry on consumer and industrial market in commercial or technical supporting function.
- Technical / scientific education Bachelor and above.
- Strong personality with authenticity who can add authority in discussions with customers etc.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems, explore new applications and business opportunities.
- Written & oral English should be workable.
- Business understanding.
- Deep knowledge of engineering resins related applications, markets and customers.
- Strategic thinking and Excellent Communication skills along with proficiency in basic computer skills.
