Principal Coordinator

About This Role

This Principal Coordinator role is a key part of the Tech Talent Acquisition team, focusing on scaling pipelines for engineering, product, and data talent. Operating within a lean, high-impact unit, the Recruiting Coordination team is central to the hiring engine, partnering with recruiters and hiring teams. The role involves driving high-priority recruitment operations, managing complex scheduling, and providing high-touch support to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scheduling point of contact across the interview lifecycle
• Finalize multi-stage schedules, including Hiring Manager Meet-and-Greets (M&Gs), First Rounds, and Power Days
• Manage expedited requests under strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Partner directly with Tech Recruiters to ensure flawless execution across requisition management, system workflows, and candidate journey continuity
• Leverage modern recruiting technology (Workday ATS, Canvas) and advanced AI tools like Gemini to automate scheduling workflows, reduce friction, and enhance operational velocity
• Cultivate high-trust relationships with Hiring Managers, Administrative Professionals, and Executive Assistants
• Serve as a core ambassador of corporate culture through clear, influential communication
• Track operational metrics, execute ad-hoc reporting, and analyze candidate/hiring manager survey trends to inform process improvements
• Exercise absolute discretion, ownership, and data security when managing sensitive candidate and internal enterprise information

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Administrative Support, or HR operations
• 1+ years of experience utilizing Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operations experience in a corporate or tech environment
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Workday ATS and candidate engagement platforms (e.g., Canvas)
• Demonstrated experience leveraging emerging AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to streamline administrative workflows and processes
• Proven ability to analyze operational metrics and candidate feedback to optimize talent acquisition processes
