This high-level creative expertise role is central to evolving the visual world of PENN. Penningtons, from campaign concepts to photo shoot direction and visual identity. It suits a fashion-passionate individual with a strong creative vision and a talent for transforming ideas into inspiring achievements, without direct team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with creative management to transform seasonal directions into campaign concepts, mood boards, visual worlds, and stories that captivate customers
• Create mock-ups, visual concepts, presentations, and graphic elements that set the tone for campaigns and ensure consistent execution across all channels
• Provide artistic direction for key photo shoots, collaborating with photographers, stylists, models, videographers, and production partners to bring concepts to life
• Define, maintain, and improve e-commerce photography standards, including styling, poses, lighting, framing, and image consistency
• Work closely with design, merchandising, marketing, content, e-commerce, visual merchandising, and studio teams to ensure a strong and inspiring brand identity at every touchpoint
• Propose new ideas, explore trends, and integrate innovative tools, including those using artificial intelligence, to enrich the creative universe and improve working methods

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in artistic direction, ideally in fashion retail, fashion marketing, or with a consumer product brand
• Background in graphic design or equivalent professional experience, accompanied by a strong portfolio showcasing fashion campaigns, graphic achievements, photography, and visual concepts
• Proven experience in artistic direction of fashion photo shoots, both in studio and on location, and comfort guiding creative teams and production partners
• Excellent command of typography, colors, composition, photography, and visual identity for digital platforms, e-commerce, and stores
• Experience in developing and applying photographic standards for e-commerce, as well as excellent command of graphic design tools and new technologies, including artificial intelligence
• Creative and collaborative spirit, good organizational skills, and strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
• Proficiency in French and English is a significant asset
