Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care via virtual visits (video and text)
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of primary and urgent care conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop and manage treatment plans
- Coordinate follow-ups and continuity of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (MDs, NPs, RNs, LPNs)
- Contribute to improving clinical workflows and digital care tools
- Support patient engagement and clinical communication initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO with active medical license
- Must hold an active license in an IMLC Compact State (required)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient primary care experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first, empathetic approach
- High comfort level with technology and virtual care platforms
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
Schedule Requirement
- Full-time: Monday-Friday
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT
- (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM CT)
- Consistent availability required
