Role: The Primary Care Nurse collaborates with providers and the care team to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care, aiming to improve quality outcomes for an assigned patient panel.
Responsibilities: Partner with patients and providers, support clinical workflows, and ensure care aligns with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, and ability to perform physical duties including lifting and prolonged standing.
Certifications: BLS certification required, with additional unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or ENPC often needed based on the department.
