About This Role
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for managing IMM price structures and accounts receivable, ensuring the integrity of pricing, governing discounts and deal margins, and maintaining healthy collections.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the IMM price structure, including list prices, series-wise pricing, and configuration/option pricing
- Execute pricing strategies based on market dynamics and requirements
- Operate the discount-approval matrix and track discount leakage against guardrails
- Support the deal desk with pricing for complex or escalated quotes and TCO models
- Build competitor pricing and portfolio benchmarks periodically
- Track receivables, aging, and DSO across regions and customers
- Drive overdue follow-up cadence with sales and finance; flag credit risks
- Monitor credit-policy adherence and payment-term compliance
- Produce pricing, margin, and AR dashboards for leadership reviews
- Analyze realization, margin erosion, and price-volume mix
- Maintain pricing master-data hygiene
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in pricing analysis, commercial finance, deal desk, or accounts receivable roles
- Knowledge of pricing management and deal structuring
- Familiarity with receivables and credit control
- Experience in margin and realization analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with pricing and accounts-receivable analytics
- Competitor benchmarking experience
- Strong coordination skills with sales, finance, and deal desk
- Ability to follow up on collections with field teams
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Commercially disciplined and persistent on follow-through
- Preferred: MBA, CA-Inter, or commerce graduate with an analytical background
