We are looking for a Press Production Engineer to take part in Hyundai Motor Turkey located in Izmit Plant/Kocaeli;
We Want You To
- Manage daily base line operations to meet production targets
- Optimize production processes, reduce scrap rates & improve overall equipment effetiveness
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, welding departments
- Contribute & improve 5S, safety, environment, & energy management system
- Production & manpower planing of line
- Management of material warehouse & expense budget
- Contribute asset management
- Prepare weekly & monthly production report & KPI analyses
You Will Also Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years experince in production, preferably automotive industry
- Proficiency at Microsoft Office
- Excellent coomand of written & spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Analytic thinking, self-motivated, self started & proactive
- Experienced at lean manufacturing, problem solving tools
- SAP & Catia knowledge is plus
