About the role
工作职责：
- 按照作业指导书进行生产作业，确保产品的质量和生产任务的达成
- 对装配过程发现的安全隐患，质量问题及其他问题，及时向上级反映
- 保证工位现场的 5S 符合公司要求
- 遵守德纳公司管理规范
- 上级交给的其它任务
任职资格：
- 年龄 18-40 周岁，机械类相当中专学历，至少两年相关行业工作经验
- 沟通能力，组织能力，分析解决问题的能力，有团队精神和质量意识
- 具有一定的机械基础知识，能看懂简单机械装配图纸的优先
- 有冲床工作经验者优先
- 能适应倒班，平时加班以及节假日加班
