Job Description
St. Maximilian Kolbe School is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Aide to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to support a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities
- Support students during play, learning, and transitions
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Encourage positive behavior and social development
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
- Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic
