Prepress Clerk

About This Role

This role involves the meticulous handling and organization of digital files for print projects, ensuring their accuracy and proper documentation. The Prepress Clerk will also support the prepress department with administrative tasks and quality checks, suiting a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and maintain digital files for print projects, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation
• Maintain accurate records of prepress activities, including job specifications, revisions, and client information to support accountability and traceability
• Assist in conducting quality checks on prepress outputs to verify accuracy, consistency, and adherence to print specifications and quality standards
• Provide general administrative support to the prepress department, including filing, copying, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificates/Diploma in any field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Computer literate and can work independently
• Able to work under pressure and extra hours when required
• Good communication skills and a team player
