About This Role

This role involves preparing and cooking a la carte menu items in a high-volume restaurant setting, ensuring proper sanitation and member satisfaction. It suits an enthusiastic and friendly individual with prior experience in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good personal appearance and observe personal cleanliness and uniform policy standards
• Prepare and cook hot and cold a la carte menu items
• Assure that a la carte menu is properly prepared
• Keep kitchen and all cooking equipment clean during a shift as it is used, and ensure it is clean prior to shift changes
• Clean and sanitize all work stations
• Have knowledge of SNHD sanitation policies, various health codes, and regulations
• Assure proper sanitation of the department
• Assist with the preparation for banquets, weddings, and parties
• Assure member/guest satisfaction
• Assist in food preparation and plate up as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 1 year of cooking experience (Required)
• 1 year of restaurant experience (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
