Responsibilities Responsibilities
- Labels and stocks all ingredients
- Washes, chops and mixes large amounts of vegetables, meats and other ingredients
- Ensures ingredients are fresh and by checking storage temperature at regular intervals
- Follows all relevant nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Consistently follows precise recipes
- Disposes spoiled food and other waste material
- Maintains cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
Qualifications Apply now if you:
- Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Have effective communication skills
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
