Preparing and cooking menu items, hot dishes, salads, and prep recipes according to the restaurant's standards is the core of this role. This position suits an experienced and motivated prep cook who takes pride in their work and loves being part of a fast-paced kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items, hot dishes, salads, and prep recipes according to Amici's standards
• Ensure every guest receives high-quality, great-tasting food that's beautifully presented and served promptly
• Follow all recipes, prep lists, and cooking techniques with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with fellow team members
• Stay professional and positive during busy service times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen or prep cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of prep, timing, and presentation
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about great food
