Our client is a global technology-driven business transformation and workplace solutions provider, supporting organisations with workplace and business services. They are hiring a Premier F&B Executive to deliver high-end hospitality and F&B experiences for VIP clients and executives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver VIP-level guest service by providing personalised, seamless and attentive experiences to clients and visitors.
- Manage guest arrivals and departures professionally, ensuring minimal waiting time and a smooth experience.
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, fully stocked and ready for use.
- Coordinate catering and refreshments, including arranging and serving beverages and meals for meetings, functions and events.
- Maintain pantry and amenity supplies, ensuring provisions are properly stocked, organised and replenished.
- Maintain a premium workplace environment by upholding high standards of cleanliness, presentation, comfort and ambiance.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating concerns or complaints when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment maintenance, catering, pantry supplies and other workplace services.
- Support events and workplace experience initiatives, including meeting room, workspace and onsite technology requirements.
- Manage daily reports and handovers, including inventory and servicing reports, while ensuring all shift duties are completed properly.
- Maintain professional standards in grooming, conduct and performance in line with company procedures and customer experience guidelines.
- Provide reliable information and support while working closely with Experience Ambassadors to maintain high service standards.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Workspace Experience Lead.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Hospitality, F&B or Customer Experience discipline.
- Food Hygiene Certification preferred. Successful applicants without certification will be sent for mandatory certification.
- Degree in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required

- Working Days/Hours : 5 days / office hours
- Salary: S$2,700 + Variable Bonus(salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
