Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage high net worth individual (HNI) clients through acquisition, relationship management, and wealth creation strategies.
- Handle HNI client handling activities such as portfolio management, investment advisory, and cross-selling of bank's products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HNI customers to increase retention rates and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify potential HNI prospects and develop targeted marketing campaigns to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to high-value clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in branch banking, preferably in HNI client handling or wealth management roles.
- Strong understanding of retail liabilities, portfolio handling, sales, and acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship building with HNIs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
