该职位来源于猎聘 另类资管投资运作岗（股权业务（含Pre-Reits）方向） （一）岗位职责 1、围绕保险资金投资需求，开展新能源、数据中心、AI产业链等相关行业研究，拟定相关股权资产组织策略，协同推进股权项目营销等工作； 2、根据公司内部制度要求，负责推进股权投资计划等股权类项目的立项、评审及投资决策等审批流程； 3、根据项目推进需求，负责股权投资项目内部汇报及市场交流路演等相关工作； 4、协助开展股权投资计划产品募集及投后管理等相关工作。 （二）任职要求 1、金融、财会、法律、经济等相关专业硕士以上学历，优秀人员可放宽为211或985本科学历; 2、拥有3年及以上股权投资业务等相关经验，熟悉股权投资计划、私募股权基金产品设计相关要求； 3、了解保险资金投资等相关政策要求，具有敏锐的投资分析和项目挖掘能力，能够根据合规要求和合作客户需求进行股权产品和交易结构创新设计； 4、较强的营销沟通和人际交往能力，为人正直、性格开朗，认同团队协作和业务协同的工作方式； 5、拥有新能源、数据中心、AI产业链等行业实体企业工作经验者优先。
