The Practice Manager oversees the successful implementation and management of all three Benevis business lines: general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services. This role manages the day-to-day functions of the office, drives growth initiatives, assists in training staff, owns doctor relationships, and ensures operational excellence in partnership with the Director of Operations.
