Working hours are 40 hours per week.

- Predominately private practices
- Peasedown is a 2 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment and Combe Down is a 3 surgery practice
- Practices are only 3.5 miles apart
- Local parking is available.

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
