Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Intern to support our Quality department with various tasks, including data analysis, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities**
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues.
- Help prepare and update quality documentation, including work instructions and control plans.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality department.
Job Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) or a recent graduate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
