Are you a good match?
You have solid experience in Communications, with agency experience would be a plus.
You act to guarantee that work is realized on time and at expected quality.
You are able to coordinate with others and ensure their participation to achieve Maison’s targets.
You are exceptional attention to detail, discretion, cultural sensitivity, and an ability to manage several fast-moving projects without compromising quality.
You are proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to Assistant PR & Event Manager, HK & Macau, You will be responsible for:
- Write, adapt, proofread and curate high-quality bilingual content for internal and external communications, including press releases, media alerts, product information, event invitations, speeches, executive talking points, Q&As, newsletters, presentations, and copywriting of digital platforms including social media, websites etc.
- Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests, photo shoots and product loan logistics in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, stylists, self-media individuals across print, digital, and social platforms.
- Track and monitor media coverage of the Maison, compile regular reports to assess PR effectiveness on a regular basis.
- Coordinate arrangements with external vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g. retail team and boutiques) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
