About This Role
Running paid performance campaigns for a variety of WA brands is the core of this role, where you will take ownership from strategy through to optimisation and reporting. This position suits a candidate with a strong background in performance marketing who is eager to make a measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit and more
- Turn client goals into campaigns that deliver measurable results
- Monitor performance and translate data into clear recommendations and client-ready reporting
- Work with our digital strategists and content production team to keep campaigns forever improving
- Be a trusted voice for clients, whether they’re a business owner or a marketing manager
Requirements
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns (agency or client-side, both welcome)
- Google Ads experience is an absolute must
- Experience across multiple social ad platforms, not just Meta
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- AI proficiency highly regarded, particularly for use in building landing pages, reporting dashboards, troubleshooting tech issues etc.
