PPC Specialist

About This Role

This role involves implementing, planning, optimizing, and tracking Google Ads and Social Ads campaigns within the Digital Marketing department. The specialist will be responsible for driving lead acquisition and conversion through paid campaigns and optimizing their performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement paid campaigns in Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, and Video) and Social Ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Design and execute the performance plan to drive lead acquisition and conversion for assigned campaigns, in collaboration with the rest of the team
• Optimize campaigns by measuring their performance and identifying improvement opportunities
• Measure, analyze, and report results based on performance KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and collaborate on preparing internal reports
• Control and monitor assigned advertising budgets
• Write ads for Google Ads and social media ads, with practical design knowledge
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the correct execution of work and implementation of campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Proactively detect possibilities for opening new paid channels and stay updated on current events and advancements in the field

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (ADE), or Advertising
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Meta
• Google Ads certification
• B2 level English
• Service vocation

• Teamwork

Nice to have:

• Master's degree in Digital Marketing and/or CRO
• Basic knowledge of Tag Manager, Looker Studio, GA4
