PPC Specialist

About This Role

Planning, executing, and managing Google Ads campaigns is the core of this specialist role. The ideal candidate is performance-driven with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, including search and display campaigns, analysis, troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Search Ads and Google Display Ads campaigns
• Develop effective campaign structures, keyword strategies, match types, bidding strategies, and budget allocation plans
• Create and optimize ad copies to improve click-through rates and campaign performance
• Monitor campaign performance and identify issues such as high CPC, low CTR, low-quality traffic, poor conversion rates, and budget inefficiency
• Analyze campaign data and implement optimization strategies to improve performance and achieve campaign objectives
• Manage conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, audience targeting, and performance reporting
• Track key performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Independently manage campaigns, troubleshoot challenges, and communicate performance updates effectively

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in paid search and PPC campaign management
• Practical experience with Google Search Ads and Google Display Ads
• Clear understanding of keyword targeting, match types, bidding strategies, campaign structure, ad copy, and budget management
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, and performance reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven optimization decisions
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and resolve real-world performance challenges
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain campaign performance and optimization strategies
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred
