About This Role
This role is for a PPC Specialist to join SharksCode and help develop and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads. The specialist will attract quality traffic and increase the effectiveness of advertising investments, working with a focus on performance marketing and targeted KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Independently launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads
- Develop and scale effective advertising campaigns
- Manage advertising budgets and control the achievement of targeted KPIs
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, identify growth points, and implement improvements
- Test new hypotheses, advertising approaches, audiences, and creatives
- Optimize user acquisition costs and increase the effectiveness of advertising investments
- Propose new ideas and solutions for the development of the PPC direction
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience in PPC, including practical experience with Google Ads
- Ability to independently launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads
- Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling effective campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and ability to work with targeted KPIs
- Confident analysis of key advertising metrics: CPC, CTR, CPA, CR, ROI / ROAS
- Ability to identify reasons for changes in indicators, form hypotheses, and implement solutions to improve results
- Experience testing advertising approaches, audiences, and creatives
- Understanding of advertising funnels, analytics, and conversion tracking principles

- Schedule: flexible start to the working day, from 9:00 to 11:00
