What You'll Do

As an LVN, you'll practice at the top of your license while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver direct patient care and assess patient conditions, symptoms, and progress
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records
• Perform nursing assessments and respond appropriately to urgent medical situations
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Practice within Texas nursing regulations and Southern Health Partners clinical guidelines
