About This Role
This specialist role drives the Power Platform forward, developing and deploying solutions for business needs, empowering citizen developers for low-code solutions, and integrating Generative AI, AI assistants, and AI agents. You will be part of Ving's Workplace team, which delivers innovative and effective solutions for the business.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and provide solutions in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio
- Collaborate with the business and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI solutions
- Develop a framework for AI agents and help identify and prioritize use cases where AI agents can create the greatest business value
- Develop and maintain Power Platform infrastructure and tools, including AI components
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform
- Educate and support Citizen Developers in the organization
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent knowledge through work experience
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
- Practical application of Generative AI, AI assistants, and AI agents
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a DevOps culture and with tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Certified in AI and Microsoft Power Platform
