About This Role
Developing and maintaining business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform technologies is the core of this role. The Power Platform Developer will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, improve processes, and deliver scalable digital solutions that support operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, improve processes, and deliver scalable digital solutions that support operational excellence
- Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL databases, and REST APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of solutions
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to drive adoption of digital solutions
- Follow established governance, security, and application lifecycle management practices
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience working with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, or API integrations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, custom connectors, or Azure services
- Experience working in an enterprise environment with governance and deployment processes
