About This Role
This Power Platform Developer role involves designing and building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions to improve productivity and streamline operations within an industry-leading organization. The role suits a skilled developer who can work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Develop automation solutions to simplify business processes and improve data quality
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and external systems
- Extend low-code solutions with pro-code where required (e.g., JavaScript, Azure Functions, APIs)
- Manage deployments, releases, and environment promotion across the solution lifecycle
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with platform governance standards
Requirements
- Proven experience building solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, environments, security roles, and data controls
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 and external systems
- Exposure to pro-code development (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Azure Functions, Logic Apps or APIs)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power Platform CoE or similar governance frameworks
- Exposure to identity and security concepts (OAuth, Entra ID, service principals)
- Any experience working in complex or large-scale environments
