About This Role
This Power Platform Developer role involves designing and implementing automation and application solutions to improve efficiency and optimize processes. The developer will work with various stakeholders and international teams, contributing throughout the project lifecycle from assessment to industrialization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and propose architecture solutions using Power Platform
- Develop simple and complex automations using Power Automate, improving efficiency and optimizing processes
- Develop solutions using Power Apps
- Maintain and enhance existing processes and provide technical support to users
- Work closely with Business Users, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, BI Developers, Data Analysts and Software Developers
- Collaborate with Engineering teams on the design and development of scalable ETL pipelines
- Contribute to projects throughout the lifecycle, from assessment and use case identification to data preparation, implementation and industrialization
- Work with stakeholders and international teams
- Clearly communicate insights, findings and results to technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automation solutions using Power Automate
- Solid knowledge of Data Modeling principles
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, seasonality and other data behaviours
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proactive and autonomous profile, with the ability to quickly work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- English level B2 minimum — mandatory
- Availability for short-term international travel
Nice to have:
- Experience working with ETL pipelines
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Dataverse, REST APIs, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, SSAS, SSIS and Azure
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Data, such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-500, PL-600, PL-700, PL-900 or DP-X00
