Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform-based automation solutions.
- Build solutions primarily using Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, and Power BI.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and recommend automation opportunities.
- Support solution design reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards.
- Create technical and process documentation for delivered solutions.
- Provide advanced production support for deployed automation solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to capability-building initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts, innovation projects, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles and delivery activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing Power Platform solutions.
- Strong expertise across Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud, and Power BI (required).
- Experience leading workstreams or projects through the Software Development Life Cycle while remaining hands-on in delivery.
- Exposure to Python is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting, automation technologies, and process optimisation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
