Job Description
Extensive experience in powerhouse open-pit construction for hydropower projects, including excavation sequencing, ramp construction, slope stabilization, drainage management, and coordination of large-scale earthworks and rock excavation activities. Skilled in planning and executing associated rock support works such as grouting, rock bolting, shotcreting, and other geotechnical stabilization measures to ensure excavation safety and long-term stability. Experienced in coordinating interfaces with consultants, contractors, designers, and project stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of construction activities. Proficient in managing concreting works, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, execution planning, and resource allocation. Strong focus on implementing stringent safety, quality, and environmental controls while ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and project schedules.
