Role Summary
Responsible for support and maintenance of Power BI reports, semantic models, and dashboards, ensuring business continuity and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
- Troubleshoot issues related to data refresh, performance, and report accuracy
- Handle user queries, access issues, and report enhancements
- Validate data consistency between Snowflake and reports
- Optimize report performance and query efficiency
- Support report deployments and version control
- Maintain documentation and report inventory
- Collaborate with ETL team for data-related issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to governance standards and reporting best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Power BI (reports, datasets, DAX, Power Query)
- Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, semantic layer)
- Experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms
- Understanding of data validation and reconciliation techniques
- Good communication skills for handling business stakeholders
